§About the Firm

An operator-led enterprise advisory platform.

Delta Advisory was built to fill the gap between management consulting, sourcing advisory and platform integrators — institutional commercial intelligence, delivered by operators who have run the mandates themselves.

Principles
Independence
Vendor-neutral by mandate. No reseller margins, no platform partnerships, no implementation interests.
Operator depth
Mandates led by senior enterprise operators and commercial executives with first-hand accountability.
Institutional posture
Engagements run with the discretion, governance and rigour expected at board level.
Commercial precision
Position and recommendations grounded in benchmark data and measurable economics.
Practitioners

A composite bench of senior operators.

Mandates are staffed from a closed network of executives drawn from global technology platforms, financial institutions, large industrial operators and private equity portfolios — practitioners who have carried first-hand commercial accountability rather than generalist consultants borrowed for the engagement.

Representative backgrounds include:

  • Portfolio Advisors
  • Large-Deal Closers
  • AI Subject-Matter Experts
  • Enterprise Technology Managers
  • Senior Sales Executives
  • Board Members
  • Ex-McKinsey / Tier-1 Strategy
  • Transformation Leaders
Who We Work With

A narrow set of institutions, by intent.

The firm engages with a small number of organisations at any given time. Fit is determined by the commercial weight of the decision, not by sector or geography.

  • Boards & C-Suite

FTSE 100 / Fortune 500 executive teams operating large, complex commercial estates.

  • Private Equity

Operating partners and value-creation teams across mid-market and large-cap portfolios.

  • Enterprise Buyers

Procurement, technology and commercial leaders running 9-figure vendor surfaces.

  • Founders & CEOs

    Late-stage and growth-stage operators navigating institutional-scale negotiations.

Boundaries

What the firm does not do.

Independence is structural. The work we decline is as defining as the work we accept — every exclusion below removes a class of commercial conflict from the engagement.

  • No reseller margins
Delta Advisory does not resell, refer for commission, or hold partner-tier relationships with any technology vendor.
  • No implementation
We do not deliver systems integration, managed services, or technology implementation — the conflict is incompatible with negotiation advisory.
  • No platform incentives
No revenue share, no MDF, no rebates from hyperscalers, software vendors or AI platforms — directly or indirectly.
  • No anonymous mandates
We do not accept work where the ultimate principal, beneficiary or counterparty cannot be disclosed to the firm in confidence.
  • No published references
Engagements are run under executive privilege. We do not publish client names, logos, case studies or testimonials.
  • No volume practice
We do not scale through junior leverage. Mandate count is constrained so partner-grade attention is the default.
Positioning

Quiet, sharp, expensive — by design.

The firm publishes little, markets less, and engages with a small number of enterprises and PE operating partners at any given time. Demand is driven by referral and reputation within executive networks.
