Scope
This notice describes how Delta Advisory ("the firm", "we") handles personal data collected through this website and during direct engagement with executives, boards and PE operating partners.
Information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to respond to an inquiry or to run an engagement: name, role, organisation, contact details, and any information you voluntarily share in correspondence. The site does not deploy advertising trackers or third-party profiling.
Purpose & legal basis
Personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to executive inquiries, the performance of a mandate contract, or compliance with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data under any circumstances.
Confidentiality
All client information, mandate context, deal data, vendor correspondence and commercial economics are treated under executive privilege. Distribution within the firm is constrained to the practitioners staffed on the engagement.
Retention
Inquiry data is retained for the duration of the dialogue and a reasonable follow-on period. Mandate data is retained per the engagement letter and applicable professional record-keeping requirements, then securely destroyed.
Your rights
Where applicable law provides them (including UK GDPR and EU GDPR), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data. Contact: privacy@deltaadvisories.com.
